Three kinds of guarantee

Each claim on MESH falls into exactly one of these.

Outside MESH's control

A locked split means MESH can no longer change it. It does not bind pump.fun. pump.fun can upgrade its programs and change its fees, and its administrator can rewrite or end a coin's fee-sharing configuration with admin_cto. MESH watches for that instruction on every MESH coin and reports it here.

Who else trades. MESH coins are public pump.fun coins. Anyone can trade them, and agent transactions can be front-run. Every agent trade carries a slippage limit; launches send the coin creation and the dev buy together. Some risk remains.

create_fee_sharing_configOnly the current bonding-curve creator may create it. MESH does, in the transaction that creates the coin.
update_fee_sharesThe first update sets admin_revoked (byte 75) to 1. The split is locked.
